CANCELED

The 2020 Autism Matters Conference was initially rescheduled to October due to COVID-19. We had hoped the rescheduled date would allow for a safer in-person event. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing situation with the pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Autism Matters Conference.

We appreciate the patience and support of all our attendees during these past several months.

During the next few weeks, we will work to issue refunds for conference participants. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing refund requests. If you are a school, service provider or individual and paid by check, please email angel@autism-alabama.org to request a refund.

All refund requests need to be made by August 31st, 2020.

Participants may request their conference registration be considered tax-deductible donation to the Autism Society of Alabama in lieu of a refund. You will receive an IRS tax donation letter as well as a thank you gift from the Autism Society of Alabama for supporting programs and services that serve individuals with autism and their families. Please email angel@autism-alabama.org if you would like to lend your support to help provide ongoing programs to individuals and families affected by ASD living in Alabama.

If you have questions or concerns, please email angel@autism-alabama.org or call (251) 259-5553. Again, thank you for your patience and continued support.

 Sincerely,

2020 Autism Matters Conference Planning Committee
